FPO

The price is shrinking as fast as the package.

Galvanic isolation now fits your budget as well as it fits your boards. The features of the new HCPL-0710 optocoupler make it the premier choice for providing isolation in fieldbus industrial communication networking products including DeviceNet, SDS and PROFIBUS.

As the sequel to the popular HCPL-7101 optocoupler, the 12 MBd HCPL-0710 is the fastest optocoupler now available. A maximum propagation delay of 40 ns means minimal network access time. Maximum propagation delay skew of 20 ns provides device-to-device consistency. And with a minimum common-mode rejection of 10 kV/us, the HCPL-0710 holds it’s own in harsh industrial environments.

The HCPL-0710 comes in a compact SO8 surface-mount package to free up valuable board space. In addition to its smaller size and better performance, the HPCL-0710 is about half the price of the previous generation. The HCPL-0710 is both UL and CSA approved and is available in tubes or on reeled tape for efficient installation.
